I am an educator deeply committed to inspiring a love for science and inquiry-based learning. Currently pursuing my Postgraduate Certificate in Education with a focus on Secondary Science Education at the University of Sunderland, I have had the privilege of honing my teaching skills in Nagoya, Japan at Nagoya International School. This unique experience has equipped me with the latest pedagogical techniques and a fresh perspective on education.
I am passionate about creating dynamic learning environments where questions thrive and both students and teachers collaborate in pursuit of deeper understanding. With a background in Biology, Environmental Science, and Biotechnology, I bring a diverse skill set to the classroom, allowing me to approach complex scientific concepts with creativity and enthusiasm.
When not at school, I love to travel, learn languages, cook, hike, read (generally audiobooks as I'm running around) and since being in Japan, have loved collecting stamps from castles and hand written Goshuin (blessings) from shrines!
